Best intense black liquid non smudge eyeliner

I've used a lot of black eyeliner as I'm obsessed with wearing black liquid eyeliners. I 100% can confirm that this is my current fav. It's the most intense black and has super stay power non-smudge. I love it. I use it for special night out occasions when I want to look smoking.

I thought I would try this because it would stay put when using a lash curler. Well its okay on the top lid, a bit too watery on application as it gets on my lashes and dries too fast to get it off. Big no for lower eye as it gets on my bottom lashes also and sometimes migrates into my eyes. Will stick to waterproof gel liner for lower lash line. Jury is still out on upper lid, I like brush-stroke much better.

Dried up

It’s dried up. I am not able to shake or tap it to have the color come down into the tip. I am usually very satisfied with this product.
