Packaging

Want to add on to previous review! I ordered this item, and my package only contained (1) pc when it clearly states 2 pc. I called the customer service, they sent out a replacement and that package ONLY contained 1 pc as well. They're beautiful bracelets. Not sure if the issue is on the website description or the warehouse shipping process. Macy's made the issue right, but just be aware, if you get the right items-you will be very happy with your purchase!!

Was delivered but only one piece

I called ASAP the customer sevice hotline and I am happy they will send me the other one piece of the bangles. Good job for the staff and management, I will get the correct item that I ordered. The item is well made and no one can beat the promo price. Thank you Macy’s you are the best.
