For Customer Service

My order was sent to weong address, i called Macys customs service and the. Replace my item and was told that I dont need to return the item, that night my Neighborhood brought it it, next morning I called back customer service and I was ask to return the item, and level was sent to me, without apology like it was my mistake,. Why the read other agent note? Item was delivered yesterday, and now is my headache to return. I asked him to cancelled if he wants me to return but said it was too late to canceled that I have to return it or refused delivery if I see UPS driver.

Very nice and light weight

I bought this for a split king a d I love it but, it is not quite wide enough to cover the sides of my mattress.

Really nice set, great colors, quality. However, the shams do not match as shown on the website and while they have the same patterns, they are not mirror images. Really annoying.

ADD A LITTLE ZIP TO YOUR BEDROOM

I wasn’t looking for a bedroom comforter set, when I received an ad showing this set from Macy’s. The colors are perfect for our bedroom and so I decided to order it. The set is nicely made and the comforter is generous and drapes nicely on each side of the bed. I really like it since the comforter is not overstuffed and conforms to the bed.

Absolutely Gorgeous

I recently got me the Princeton 7 piece Jacquard Comforter set and I absolutely love it . It isn't to thick so it would be good to use in summer or winter . It came with the comforter, bed skirt, pillow covers and 3 decorative pillows to put on top .I love the material it is made from and I would highly recommend this bed set
