Underwire bra hit too low for 5'3" woman

I loved the neckline on this suit in the photos. However, when I tried it on, the underwire bra hit over 2 inches too low. The stomach area was too loose to provide compression on me. I am 5'3" 150lbs and I ordered a 10, which is my normal Miraclesuit size. I returned it. Maybe I needed a smaller size? Maybe it would fit better on tall women? The material and zipper were high quality.

No pads. V is very deep.

This is a cute suit, true to size. However, there is no padding, so if you get cold going into water, headlights will show. Additionally, the V is very deep and showed more of my décolletage than I felt comfortable displaying. I’m 36D/38B depending on manufacturer.
