Horrible Experience

Received an email from UPS stating delivery is damaged on 1/23. Called Macy customer service and was told that they have until 1/30 for it to be delivered.. confused item was in the process of being delivered on 1/23 and I now have to wait until 1/30 to take the next step.. reorder or refund for an item that was reported as damaged.
