Beautiful bracelet but clasp broke

Beautiful bracelet but clasp broke after 30 day return pediod expired so couldn't return it.

Beautiful Problem

This bracelet is beautiful with the onxy stones, but the problem is that the closure is not tight. So that's why there is a safety chain. However the safety chain is cheap and broke on me. The metal on the bracelet bends very easily. I really like the concept and the beauty of the bracelet, but I need to make sure I don't lose it when worn.

Never received

Already coplained. Macys is great, UPS showed low quality responses and never delivered the product. Still waiting. Almost one month now. The product is gorgeous. Would like to have it in on my wrist!

Don't Buy!!!!

The clasp does not stay closed. It is very tight around the wrist. I tried to return it but it was a past the 30 day purchase. It was a gift. I have other jewelry purchased at Macys and had a problem with all of them. Customer service doesn't help. I stopped buying jewelry at Macys.
