Unacceptable Service

Ordered 4 pairs of gloves for an gift and only received 1 pair. Customer service if in another country and hard to understand. Requested a replacement order on the 12/22/2025 and supposedly the order was expedited. As of 12/29/225 I haven't received them. Called again today 12/29/2025 hard to understand him again, I think he said the order was to be delivered today via UPS but again I didn't receive it. When asked for the tracking number he didn't have one. I will be calling again tomorrow. Very disappointing!

Pretty good

As a woman with pretty big hands (size 9 ring, hand length appx 7.5/8 inches) they fit well. There's enough stretch soy hands don't feel constricted. I put 4 stars because I wish they were longer to cover more of my wrist.
