Poor packaging and customer service.

Poorly packaged. Received this high quality briefcase in an extra large box with absolutely NO protection around the briefcase. I took pictures and sent an email to Macy’s. To date, they have not responded. The plastic around the case was torn and the handle was scratched. Poor customer service.
