Nice, but had to return

Bag was attractive and rolled beautifully with a sturdy handle. But, the interior of the bag was much too tight and stiff. I had to wrestle my items into and out of bag. It simply did not work for me.

Pretty Red Color

I was unsure of what color to get. The red is more vivid in person and very feminine. Only fits small laptop and a few files. Disappointed with the amount of space inside of the bag. Design does not allow easy access to put in and take out files and laptop easily. I would recommend if you have a small laptop and a few files but not much else...

This was a gift for my husband. He absolutely loves it! The craftsmanship is beautiful! Very well made and rich looking. Attention to every detail! I would definitely recommend!

Terrible craftsmanship and zero customer service

This rating is for the briefcase quality and the company customer service: McKlein, not Macys. For starters these are expensive briefcases to last a lifetime, or so you would think. I had the briefcase less than a year and the zipper started to split under regular and average usage. The zipper became stuck open and the company McKlein claimed they could warranty the zipper, could. But it would cost out of pocket shipping to mail it to them and out of pocket to return to me after performing a zipper repair after having the item several weeks....after paying this kind of money one would expect, number one a quality product able to withstand normal use, and also that the company would have a much better customer service standard. Perhaps a replacement or warranty work with coverage to have it shipped and returned to the manufacturer where it was made defective. Very disappointed. I have money to spend for high quality business items but will go out of my way to inform colleagues of this.

Beautiful,classy, professional work bag!

This is the most beautiful bag of this type. It looks classy and expensive. The extended handle goes up and down easily without sticking or getting jammed. The bag’s handles are also sturdy and strong.There is sufficient room for my laptop and several files. I love it!

Room for a small laptop and it’s charger and anything else. I got it for law school but nothing fits in there Very disappointing
