Poorly made

The clip will not stay closed. Bag hangs open even without a laptop in it and Macy’s refused the return. Used one day. Please do not waste your money on this bag.

Too large with gap beneath fold

There is a gap of a couple inches where the cover folds over and it cannot be adjusted because the straps only have a single, pointless hole each. I wish I had noticed this before I cut the tags off.
