Way to Big

I ordered my regular size 8. When it arrived I made the mistake of throwing the box not thinking I would have to return them. They are extremely wide, and my foot comes out with each step. The shoe is beautiful. I guess I will have to take a loss on this one.

Order was Never Received at My Address

Good day, I never received any notification that my order was delivered, so I am out my money and no shoes. When I was checking my macys account one day, I saw delivered, I was quite shock because I was awaiting the shoes for over two weeks because ai needed it for school. I immediately contacted Macy’s but told the 30 days had past but the customer representative was kind enough to send a message to the company. However, I never received a response. I am very upset because I paid money for a shoe I never received. I give it to God. Valarie
