Nice jacket, but Macy's won't help

There was a whole hoopla with delivery and when I reached out to Macy's support, they didn't help me. I then re-ordered the jacket, and my husband said the sleeves fell too long. Nice looking but not worth the drama.

two different styles with the same code!

If you checked at the stores , this jacket with a navy color zipper And also with silver color zipper both are the same code, so tell me how can i order the one with navy color zipper online while I don’t find my size at the store to check the zipper color ! All i need is the same jacket (L) size but blue zipper not silver (Which is you already have it) but both with the same product ID !!

Awful.

Buy at your own risk. Macy's using this awful delivery company "ON-TRAC" that the provided tracking information claims delivered my item. No item was delivered. Not at my door. Not at the mailbox. I report the problem to customer service and they advised that a replacement is being shipped. The next morning they email to update me letting me know that NO item will be shipped because a "delivery confirmation" was provided. No photo included in that delivery confirmation. Poor service. Poor delivery. Poor communication.
