Kinda expensive for a plain tie. I get the brand thing but selection was small at this location. If I had more time I would have ordered from somewhere else. Fit was nice. Again no one to help with inventory or assistance. Customer service that checked us out was helpful tho.

Do Not Order! Lost My Package and Were Zero Help

I placed my order on the 5th and paid for the insanely priced normal shipping. Its been two weeks and I havent heard a peep. I go hunting for the confirmation email and I find that the package was shipped late and then was LOST by UPS. I call in to get some support, because now this is crunch time before a wedding in which I am in the wedding party. I have time to place another order and get some rush shipping. Then I get told by support that they are POSITIVE that they package will arrive on time ?!?!?! and not to worry. Also, there is no way to place another order and have it rushed. So now they want me to place another order, to wait two weeks for something that I need in a week for a WEDDING PARTY??? Absolutely laughably bad customer service. Then I ask for a refund for my tie that never appeared and they say I have to wait for it to not show up?????? What the hell is going on with this company?? Horrible experience all the way around, never never never ever ever shop at Macy's

Slow shipping

I love this tie and the story ran out. I ordered it and it said would be delivered in 3 to 6 days and it’s closer to a week and a half very disappointing.

Tie is beautiful ! Packing was terrible!

Tie came in a flimsy plastic bag folded in half! Not a way to pack an expensive tie! Very disappointing in the packing😕
