Muk Luk slippers are a Disappointment

These Muk Luks are really cute, but the bottom is so thin I felt like I was walking on a floor with pebbles on it.

Runs Small

I wear a 7.5 and the medium was way too small. Good quality and a pretty color but I had to return them because they didn’t fit. Sales associate was unable to do it so I had to go to customer service. That associate had trouble with the transaction and needed assistance. I think I’ll stick to Isotoners.

Sizzed for a wide foot

Beautiful slippers, but adjustable for someone with a wide foot. I have a narrow foot and the side tabs would end up sticking out without the ends being attached to the velcro.

Didn’t fit

Shoes did not fit. I returned them to Macy’s (I had purchased them through Macy’s.com). I was told that, since they were a Marketplace item, it could take four to five days for my credit card to be credited for the refund. Three weeks later and I’m still waiting… I will never shop on Macy’s.com or purchase a Muk Luks product again.
