Beautiful shoe just didnt fit right kept slipping

Loved this shoe however did not fit right. Got normal size, had to size down half size and was still too big and slipping off heel. Returned both pairs.

Lovely shoe, disappointing fit left shoe has heel gap, right shoe tight in box. Will try a shoe maker to correct they are that pretty.
