Not a great model
Was gifted to us last year and it's now has a defective button and leaks water. I would avoid this model at all costs.

Size is big pro but small con
The new, smaller size is great! However, even your travel mugs don't fit indeed the brewing mechanism. We have to brew coffee in large short mugs and transfer.

Happy with our new Vertuo Pop+
Our original Vertuo was starting to conk out (but it lasted us a solid 7 years and 3 moves!), so we decided to get the sleeker Vertuo Pop+. It looks great. Fairly quiet. But the downside of the sleekness is limited space for the disposal bin for the pods. The disposal bin also gets a tiny bit of liquid in there from the pods. Slightly annoying, but not a deal breaker. Works great.

I refuse to go without Nespresso
This is my second Vertuo Pop+. After a storm and electrical surge deemed my original one needing replaced. I loved the quality of the machine and freshness of coffee. I never enjoyed decaf before Nespresso, now I look forward to it late in the afternoon. So many kinds to try and a machine that is easy to use and integrated with the app is a plus. Nespresso is a well run company that makes extraordinary products.

Great feature but coffee not hot enough!!
I bought the Vertuo Pop + Beige machine on Feb 19, 2026 to upgrade from the original Nespresso to Vertuo coffee selection. Mainly for the option to have bigger coffee. I am disappointed with the machine as it only brews warm coffee. I should have read review prior to invest in the Vertuo line.

Our Vertuo line brewing systems, including the Vertuo Pop+, operate at the correct water temperature, quantity and pressure for each blend design to deliver our quality promise in the cup and not burn the coffee grinds. Although it cannot be increased manually, here are some tips to get a hotter coffee: — Connecting to Wi-Fi will ensure your device receives the latest updates. — Use a cup of the size of your preparation. Using a larger cup will cool the mixture faster. — Clean the extraction chamber frequently (once a week). The cleaning will take approximately 5 minutes and you will find the instructions in your user manual. We hope this will help. Cheers!
The coffee does not come out hot Itleakedon the bottom. My old machine was better. But it broke
