Bait and Switch

I ordered 2 “Nestl” bedding products that were supposedly on sale. Received 2 items that were not that name brand and I could not find them on the website. Really???? Salesperson had to manually enter to do the return…they were not in the system under the UPC on the package. I expect more from Macys. Forced to select a star but really ZERO stars!

Really Comfortable Pillow

Received pillows vacuumed packed. Took about 4 hours for the pillows to fully expand. Fully extended, these pillows are very comfortable to sleep with providing the right amount of comfort for my head. The pillow covers are removable so they can be easily washed and replaced back on the pillow. Got them on sale so it was a great purchase.

Not as full as expected but nice.

It’s is very comfortable and cooling, the only issue is that it is very flat. It came vacuum sealed and never fully took its shape, so it’s very loose and flat. I wish it was fuller. Other than that, it’s very nice.

Pain in the neck

Advertised pack of 2 but received 1. Glad it was 1 because I couldn’t sleep using this pillow. Caused cervical discomfort. Guess it will be used as a prop up.

Sent wrong product

Macy's sent me wrong product. I feel the fulfillment center did it on purpose as they are out of stock. Rather than them canceling the order, they sent the wrong order and making me return it
