Horrible inacurrate

Ordered LA Cap in gray and black, horrible uneven stitching, smaller than size ordered. This is not 7 1/4 the fit is smaller. Does the cap not go through quality inspection? Informed customer service, will return. Highly upset I ordered online and now have to go out of my way to return. Lose out on discount and hope I get a better quality cap if I decide to reorder. Awful experience.
