It took me four visits, to eventually have this chair in my home! I love the low-profile, and color of the leather... it's a quality piece of furniture. And the main selling point, was the awesome customer service - I will be back for more!

I just received the ottoman in toffee, it’s very nice and goes with my navy chairs and light grey couch. Arrived quickly, was informed throughout the shipping process. Looked at big name furtniture stores and went with this, the price was good and it was available to ship. Thanks Macy’s!

Gorgeous high quality ottoman
I love this ottoman, its sturdy, stylish, made of smooth soft leather, very attractive. It's the perfect neutral shade of gray. I love it !! It's gorgeous and rich looking.
