Material too scratchy

The jacket material is too scratchy, is thick like a raincoat and is not soft. We thought it would be like a tracksuit like the ones the basketball players wear, but were disappointed. We are returning it. Didn't even wear it, purchased online.

Got this jacket for my son for Christmas and he was thrilled. He is smaller than most kids his size so I was worried the Med was going to be too big but it fits great with room to grow so he can keep it for a while... especially at the price it was haha.
