Talk about a game changer—the Ninja SLUSHi completely changed the way I make drinks at home. No more late-night runs to gas stations or convenience stores. It’s fast, easy, and honestly one of the best purchases I’ve made. But let’s be real—there’s a serious flaw that Ninja completely ignored. This could’ve been a 5-star product—but the Clear Vessel design completely ruins it. Liquid and residue get trapped in areas you cannot reach or properly clean. Even after washing, buildup stays hidden in the seams. That’s a serious health risk—mold and bacteria can grow where you can't reach.

Haven’t used it a lot yet but it works great! Just need to set your machine the way you like it which is usually done right away but you can tweak it by setting the cold temperature up or down.

Huge let down

Not sure if I have a faulty machine or what but my machine won’t dispense any kind of slush. I’ve tried multiple liquid types all sugar levels all tips in the booklet. Nothing will dispense no matter how low you turn the chill setting. Debated 2 years on buying this and wanted it so bad but now it’s just an expensive piece for the dumpster.

I love the machine itself; however, I'm very disappointed that, after 2 years, it no longer works and only has a 1-year warranty. Ninja should offer a longer warranty for the price you pay, and also a discount on another machine.
