Broken item

I just received my China set that I ordered from Macy’s. One of the bowls is broken in order to replace it. I have to send the whole set back in the box. It said it was inspected by two different people. They didn’t see that broken bowl. i’m so disappointed. Will call Macy’s tomorrow and see what can be done.
