Soluble Calcium

Calcium citrate is a soluble form of calcium, which is needed for bone health. (Calcium carbonate is NOT soluble. Don't take that.) Calcium citrate helps keep your bones strong, and healthy, into old age.

Calcium Supplement

Calcium pill large hard to swallow but it does not contain harmful ingredient propylene glycol which fda says is ok in moderation but I take this supplement twice a day everyday ,., so that’s not in “moderation”, it’s hard to find the formulation I need…600/400 calcium and vitamin D
