Health Journey | Food

Starting my health journey post partial has been easy with eating healthy foods. NOW foods including my favorite tea and of course pasta has helped me feel so much better and taste so good. We also can't leave out the healthy sugar alternatives they offer! This brand offers so much including foods and vitamins! Zero Calories !

These packets are super easy to use and bring with me while I'm traveling. The flavor is yummy and they have zero calories. I enjoy them with iced tea and mixed into my oatmeal! I use 1/2 to 1 packet to sweeten to taste.
