Overall ok, but a few odd things

The capsules are good. Feels better to take with food. But caused urine to be a neon yellow/green color and vaginal discharge once being on them for a week. Stopped once discontinuing capsules. So not sure what is in them that may have caused that issue.

A long term fan

been relying on special Two in one form or another for a number of years now- it covers a lot of bases for me. It can be pretty effective in alternation with another NOW multi like Adam, depending on your particular needs as you age
