Tall but short

Beautiful pants, I love them but when I put them on, they were too long and I was too short. They’re made for taller people.

Wrong pants order

The pants that were ordered are not what was sent The pants were offered online with a size of small medium large and xlarge I ordered a large but what wad sent was a size 14 W which is not what I ordered which is to big I returned the pants and was told at the store by a supervisor that I called customer service which I did not and a new pair were being shipped out At this time I have not received a new pair of pants no credit to my card and no contact at all regarding the pants
