Nice boots

These are not leather boots as a couple of reviewers thought but they do look like good quality. I have thin ankles and the boots look like they do in the video. The arch seemed fine. I got a 7 1/2 and would have gone up 1/2 size to wear thicker socks. The calves are a better fit for me than many other boots, not baggy at all. They're not that cushy, but are ok for comfort.

Not comfortable

I gave it 2 stars because it looked sleek and beautiful. The material is hard and sizing was small. I got a size 9. If it had more move, I'd replace it with a 9 1/2.

Folds over ankles like wings

When tried them, they fold on both sides looking like wings.. Horrible. Nothing to do with socks or not, tried several ways because the item itself is beautiful. But those "wings" over the ankles screwed them.

Terrible zipper

I like the boots but the zipper is very difficult to zip. The fit is good but the zipper is very hard & stubborn to zip. I will be returning the boots because of this. I would not recommend this product.
