Very Beautiful

Such a beautiful bracelet and arrived just in time for my wedding. I saw earlier reviews about the bracelet being packed loosely in the box after I made the purchase but when it arrived it was tightly wrapped in a plastic bag placed inside of a velvety soft white bag. Thank you untamed petals for taking the extra care to deliver my new bracelet.

Received a used bracelet. Very disappointing!

I am very disappointed with this purchase. The bracelet is supposed to be a birthday gift. It came inside a plastic bag without a tag inside a big brown box. It gives the impression that it is a used bracelet that I bought in the street but I ordered online from Macys store. This is embarrassing and upsetting. I’ll contact the store.

Beautiful bracelet

It’s such a beautiful bracelet. Pearls are a perfect size not too big or small. I’m not happy with the way they shipped it. It was loose in the box, thankfully there was nothing broken or loose which I hope it stays that way. Macy’s needed to do a better job of packaging it.
