Horrible customer service would not order
The order was delivered on Thursday last week November 5. The item is still showing delayed on the macys online webiste. I have called on the same Thursday Macys customer service and I’ve also reached out to London rag directly as I cannot return the item . 5 days later the item is still howing delayed and when you call london rag, as I was told to do by macts, their phone number goes right to voicemail and they do not return emails in a timely fashion. I am still unable to return the item an d Macys does not assist only tells me to put in a claim on the item. If you order from macys you expect them to assist in the issues with the purchase not be told its my responsibility to get a hold of the 3rd party. I ordered them thru macys. 0 stars
