This rolling bag is amazing! The grip on the counter is very stable, and I had zero issues with dough sticking to the silicone. It makes cleaning up flour messes a thing of the past. Dough rolling bag will not lie flat for rolling
This was a replacement offered for a silicone dough rolling bag which was too puffy and would not lie flat like my previous rolling bag purchase. I thought my new one was defective, but the replacement is also too puffy. Must assume it is a new OXO design which is flawed, in my opinion.
