Got empty tube

My first time purchasing from this brand. I bought the brow gel but the tube is EMPTY and there’s no gel in it at all! Just dry applicator :sob::sob:

The Truth

The OLD BRUSH was a BILLION TIMES BETTER. Product itself is good it's great actually but the new brush... It's trash and hopefully they see this and change it back to the original one cuz I'm being honest girls that have bigger eyebrows and something to work with need the old brush the little tiny one and. :shrug::skin-tone-2:‍:female_sign:

Best brow product!I'm no beauty guru, but as a style blogger I do my makeup for events, or for photo shoots for my blog. I do love doing my eyebrows though and this product does wonders! People always comment on my brows and what I use to make them look the way they do, thankfully I have naturally fuller brows so they don't need much but I do fill them in on the daily to make them darker to standout a bit more and I had been on the lookout for something to help me hold them in place throughout the day. This product is perfect for it plus having it be infused with herbs is so healthy for my brows. Haven't tried it on my lashes yet but I definitely will! I don't like to wear mascara on the daily unless I'm going to an event since I'm allergic to certain mascaras if this works then it'll be awesome- will update when I've tried that out.
