Very light and smooth!

I like the rice primer and rice paper blotting paper a lot. Works well after wearing sunscreen on my face for awhile . It’s been hard to find blotting paper. Thanks for making it available!

Go-to primer

This has been my go-to primer for a few years now. It’s so silky smooth and instantly mattifys and blurs pores. So many other “mattifying” primers are just kind of wet and sticky and make my pores look magnified. It’s definitely not cheap but the container does last longer than you would expect.

Only primer for me

I have tried almost every primer on the market over a number of years. I have combination skin that can get very oily depending on the foundation I use. I’ve been using the Rice Primer for a month now and it is simply THE BEST! It doesn’t feel like a mask on my skin, doesn’t cause breakouts, and is the best at keeping my oily areas much less oily and my dry areas hydrated. I am never going to stop buying this! Previously I only used the Rice Blotting Papers (for many years) and I thought I’d try the primer. I’m SO glad I did. Since then, I’ve reordered this primer plus almost everything else Palladio sells. For reference, I previously used only high-end expensive products. Palladio is superior!
