I would say the packaging was not equipped to handle this liner. It was smashed and broken waste of my money.

Hate the new formula

What happened to the old formula of the lip liner now it’s greasy and the colors different. Don’t like it. Bring back the old one.

Loved the Lip Liner

The new lipstick sucks and they have lost over a 10 year customer with the cheapening of their product. The color is not even the same, even though it says it is. Very upset about it. But, I did try this lip liner and I will be buying that .
