Cute Charm, but difficult to read inscription.

Cute Charm but inscription is too small. This is an adorable heart charm but the inscription “family is love” is so small that if you gave it to someone as a gift, they might miss the inscription. Also didn’t like how “love” was written. It looked like they tried to squeeze it in because they ran out of room. I’m disappointed because Pandora charms are usually very detailed and made nicely.

Delay

I am still in disbelief the error they made with this order and after waiting over a month for delivery still wasn’t delivered but they marked it delivered and it was back ordered as per customer service. They need to have a proper system .

DO NOT BUY

You can't see the engraving on the heart. It's supposed to say Family us Love but it just looks like the metal is scratched. I bought this as a birthday gift. I'd be embarrassed to give this to anyone.
