Bad design
Made my back pain worse. This mattress has deep tufting sewn in a way that created dips throughout the mattress, very similar to the large sag created after years sleeping on a mattress in the same spot. The non-tufted spaces of the mattress are extremely firm, so those areas don't compress down to the level of tufted spaces. This combination created an uneven and uncomfortable sleeping surface. We've only had the mattress for a few days and my back already feels wrecked. Both my husband and I have moved into our son's bed, who is away at college. Unfortunately, this mattress will be returned.
Happy customer
Purchasing this mattress was a wise decision. The quality is supreme; it exceeded my expectations. I am very satisfied with this product.
Lots of Clicking Noise
Two months ago, I purchased a queen extra firm HD Granite at Macy's Furniture. My decision was based on the online reviews. The first few weeks, the mattress was fine. After 6-7 weeks, it developed a clicking noise. I could feel the springs on my back. It was very uncomfortable. I'm not sure if Macy's Furniture sold a defective mattress or the reviews are paid. In any case, I returned the mattress. Do Not Recommend It!
Granite
Kind of like sleeping on a slab of granite. I tried it in store but it seemed more comfortable than what I got delivered. I’ll need a couple of thick mattress toppers to make it right.
Outstanding product and services.
The mattress looks and feels great. The delivery person, Hugo and Jesus were courteous and professional, overall an outstanding service.
Not comfortable
I’m planning to exchange this mattress- it’s not comfortable
Very comfortable. Extremely heavy.
This mattress is a BEAST!
I have the twin size and my mom has the queen, and we both love this mattress. It’s thick and very firm but still comfortable with the pillow top. The matching box spring is also thick and very heavy, which makes it feel really well built and supportive. One thing to note: if you’re heavier (around 225+ lbs), you may bottom out on the springs because they are very firm. But if you’re under that range, it’s extremely supportive and comfortable. I added a 3-inch memory foam topper for a softer, “marshmallow” feel. I actually prefer doing it this way because mattresses that have memory foam sewn into them often end up separating over time. With a topper, you can just replace it when it wears out instead of replacing the whole mattress. Hand-tufted and handmade, which you don’t see very often anymore. In my opinion, it’s well worth the cost.
