Way too small

I just got this delivered today and when I tried it on, it did not fit at all. It was way too small and tight. I just recently ordered a different bra, different brand, and it was perfect. But this one, not so much. Although this bra is pretty, I will be returning it, because I obviously cannot wear a bra that does not fit.
