Great Wallet

Then leather is soft and durable. I just bought the same model for my son whose previous wallet lasted two years. As an added bonus the wallet comes in a leather bottom box lined with felt that doubles as a catch all for change, keys and miscellaneous items.

Not an RFID blocking wallet.

Wallet is fine but it is not an RFID blocking wallet. Description is wrong online. Box has nothing stating that it is an RFID blocking wallet and I tested it with my cell phone scanner and it did not work.

Customer service was AMAZING!!

I had ordered the wallet online and when I went to pick it up I noticed it had a few scuff marks on it. So I spoke with Kadie, I believe she is head of the shoes department, and she was just helping with the holiday rush. But she went above and beyond, she went with me to the department and helped me find the exact same wallet and never made me feel rushed or as if I was wasting her time. I know she probably had a lot on her plate, but she truly made my day and went out of her way to help me even with the holiday rush. Kadie is a rockstar!!
