Bought for our second home, used mostly by 2 people. It was purchased in Feb 2024 and the material is matted, has pilling and is rough on seat cusions. Was really beautiful and comfortable at first.

I love it! It's huge; it's sturdy; it swivels and has nice pillows. Looks great with my throw rugs. The material is kind of rough, not so soft to the skin, if I'm not dressed, but I can always put a super soft throw blanket on it.

It's really large. You likely misread, as I meant the sofa is REALLY large. It'll easily fit 4, or 2 folks sleeping. Yep, that large. But, that's not why I gave this a heaping 2 stars more than I give every other product I review. This 5 star review is entirely a consequence to this sofa's disgustingly comfortable constitution. The absurdly lavish thigh support, the supple cushions, the recline-anywhere friendly design, the "I won't judge anything else you have in this 'family' room" aesthetic, the fabric that makes you remember that you don't need to own a Hawaiian island to feel rich, the ... I can go on. It's SO good. Stop checking out other sofas. Buy this, and thank me later. Also, go to a Macys store and buy it. Enjoy one of life's untold pleasures of having a sales person enjoy a commission payment, and for physically experiencing a taste of the glories I speak of.

We bought this sofa few months ago. now sofa is too soft because its cushions and internal support (springs/webbing) have lost firmness, we are not happy also pay so much money within few months this happen. pillow also too soft heart our neck and back. when we have start back pain then realize sofa lost firmness. I would like to Exchange. That's why give one star.
