People need stop leaving reviews on here because you didn’t get your item. Contact Macy’s directly, only leave review for the actual product so others are informed about the actual product and not your experience!! Anyway, hubby likes them..says they’re warm when he’s outside for hours in the snow.

Mens Arno cushioned snow boots

The waterproof boot soles look worn and the quality was lackluster. I returned the boots.

Buy this

Boots are comfortable and good for snow that is deeper. Waterproof and easy to put on and take off. They are a little clunky looking however. Not a fashion statement if that is what you are looking for
