Order # 4721481332 never delivered

I gave the griddle a poor rating because UPS never delivered it. I received an email stating that it was at my front door and immediately my husband went to retrieve it. No photo of where it was allegedly placed appeared when I checked on its tracking. I notified Macys and am being issued a refund on my Macys credit card.

Never received the electric griddle had to reorder

I don’t understand why Macys said keep the Item when I never received it. I received 2 packages from Kohls but nothing from Macy but because the delivery driver stated delivered I received the package. This is not the first time this has happened. My review is I didn’t receive the package and no i cannot recommend this product. Not at this time. Once I receive my package and give the gift then I will let you know.

Long lasting even after 30 years.

I’ve had mine for about 30 years. I keep saying I will buy another if this one breaks but it just keeps on going. I use it at least once a week for pancakes do it gets a lot of use. Great for keep dishes warm for buffet style meals.

Needs cover

I’ve had this for quite some time and I’m very happy with it, however, it needs a cover. I make grilled cheese sandwiches and Rubens and that kind of thing a lot and I need to cover them when they cook. I use my round covers from other pans, but it sure would be nice to have a rectangular cover to set over this.

It's a workhorse!

I bought this griddle about 8 years ago because i needed to make batches of pancakes for the growing family. I fit 6 - 6"(approx.) pancakes at a time on this griddle and cooked up a pound of bacon for another batch of cooking. It definitely saw plenty of use and held up very well until just recently I noticed half the griddle wasn't as hot. Now keep in mind this is 8 years later! I'm looking at buying the same one to replace it.

Good Griddle

The griddle heats up quickly and evenly. We like it. However it is smaller than we measured it to be.
