I received an item that is not in any packing bag or box. The shipping label is on the product’s box. The box itself is damaged to the point it’s held with tape

Would love to review this item but missing parts

The box was damaged by the carrier missing the blades so it’s incomplete can’t use it. It’s hard to buy online because the ups drives don’t deliver your items they either steal parts or they don’t deliver them. Macy needs to find a better carrier company
