Cushion is nice, but the surface isn't durable and tears easily

Only good thing is it’s thick

Slides all over, tore within a week of purchase, stretches if you do anything like Warrior II and thus widens your stance. Last thick yoga mat I got lasted many years and I’ll be going back to it.

Yoga in comfort

This mat is incredible for yoga. While others are combining two and three mats, I have no worries about comfort or painful positions on a hard floor.

Extra thick cushion mat

The only mat I could find that is 1” thick. Doesn’t slide around on hardwood floors. Love it.
