When you pull the brush out it doesn't remove any product so it's too much, I have to remove a lot of it with a tissue

Clumpy Primer

The printer left big white clumps on my lashes. I wanted to be able to wear it with or without mascara, but the big white clumps made it look awful. Also I had to use soap and water to just get the primer off.
