I love my pure glow salt lamp & oil diffuser. It creates a tranquil ambience in my rooms, I had to order another. One for my bedroom and another for the family room.

Oil Diffuser stopped working after a few months
Beautiful, I just wished it would last a bit longer. Salt lamp works, but the Oil Diffuser stopped working after a few months.

Diffuser does not produce the smell like my old one. Disappointed

It was amazing, but now having malfunctions.
I received this as a gift 5 months ago, and it’s beginning to leak water underneath. I loved it when it was working well. It helped with my healing journey & I enjoyed the different settings for the lights. I see a few reviews reporting the same issue. That’s unfortunate! I will attempt to contact customer service for assistance with a possible replacement. I wouldn’t recommend to a friend if they haven’t fixed the issue that some of us are experiencing - in my case, in such short time since the purchase.

Exceptional company!
I purchased this lovely little lamp not long ago and discovered it had stopped working and developed a slow leak. I messaged the company and they were wonderful and send me a total replacement. I am so happy as I love this lamp and it gives me peace and comfort using it. I would highly recommend it and the customer service is outstanding. Thank you.

Nice Lamp But Stopped Working.
I got this lamp as a birthday gift a couple of years ago. I bought it for healing purposes. It worked ok but did have issues with leaking out water out of the bottom. I needed a towel underneath the lamp to not ruin my dresser. I like the ambiance it creates. It stopped working after about two years. I will accept a replacement.

One of my Greatest Purchases
I love this 2 in 1 salt lamp diffuser. The multiple settings allows me to pick how bright the salt lamp light while diffusing my favorite essential oil. I use it everyday!

Don't' Waste Your Time or Money
The diffuser barely works and lasts an hour. It is also really difficult to tell what "level" it is on with unnecessary beeping. The access to the water tank is also annoying because you have to take the outer ring off of it. The salt lamp is fine and it has different levels, but that is beside the point. I am going to return this.
