Disappointed with Rachel Ray

I am writing to express my profound disappointment regarding a recent purchase from Macy's: a two-piece kitchen utensil set. These utensils failed to meet basic quality standards, exhibiting a peculiar bubbling when used in a pot and developing an unsightly white film even after being washed and dried according to instructions. One was so unsatisfactory it was discarded. Until it dawned on me I need to let the Public know that Rachel Ray is not legit with her products anymore. I unfortunately purchased two of these sets, and I find this level of product defect unacceptable, especially from a retailer I trust. I am requesting a full refund for my purchase.

only handles are silicone

Not sure if I received the wrong product, or misread the product description somehow, but only the handles are silicone. Based on the product image and what I’ve received, they sure LOOK the same. The heads of the tools are actually thin plastic/nylon. I don’t ever pair plastic with heat, even in microwaves, so this will be going back. The products are also so lightweight that they actually feel like toys.
