Glorified rain poncho

I was excited to receive this but it was not what I was expecting. I knew it was casual but I expected more style and polish. It seems to run a little large and when I tried it on, there was a scent similar to the chicken manure garden fertilizer pellets I use. I mean that, I am not attempting to be rude.
