I didn't receive my order

I was charged over two weeks ago and UPS created a label but the product never made it to UPS. I called last night for a refund and was told the refund will be processed in 7-10 business days. That will be almost a month since my credit card was charged. This is border line fraud. If the product isn't available to ship the credit card shouldn't be charged. I won't be ordering online from Macy's again
