Not great at doing what it claims to do

Despite it’s title and claims, it’s not great at removing eye make-up, especially mascara. And I don’t wear waterproof mascara. Too much wiping and potential tugging involved. I end up having to wash my face to get it all off. Also, the mechanism itself—which should be super convenient (you push down and a small amount pumps up onto your cotton pad)— doesn’t work very well. and it has leaked.

I love the bottle but the product burns my eyes! Maybe I’m more sensitive but I ended up throwing it away.

Eye lip oil

Package leaked all over inside of box. Should have been wrapped in plastic bag. Big mess and lost some product as well.

Great product

I have been using this product for couple years and I can’t stop using this one. I don’t even have to go to Korea to buy a lip and eye remover because this one does the best job out of all the remover I used before. Highly recommended! I also love how it pumps instead of having to “pour” it on my cotton pad.
