Beauty but no quality

I purchased the sofa, love seat and 2 ottomans. All pieces are beautiful and make a great statement in my living room, however, after just a few weeks of usage, signs of wear and tear are clearly visible in the fabric. The fabric is soft but it reminds me of a cheap sweater material that clumps up after usage. Also the couches only have back cushions which are quite plumpy but the seats do not have cushions that you can flip and plump. After a few weeks the fabric is already sagging in the front. I know the couches are very affordable compared to everything else I’ve seen but I guess I expected better quality from Macy’s.

Affordable comfort

I love this ottoman. It's just the right size for me, too. To prop my feet up on, stretch my legs out wonderful piece of furniture.

Wrong color Delivered.

The wrong color was delivered. I contacted Customer service multiple times to get this issue corrected and it still has yet to be resolved. I provided all the additional information that was asked to show that the incorrect item was delivered and I still have yet to get a resolution.
