Elastic at bottom of sleeves

I love Ruby Road Puff Print tops usually, but the elastic bottom of the sleeves feels weird. The elastic is difficult to see in the photo but is in the fine print description. The regular, hemmed edge without elastic at the bottom of the sleeve on the many other Puff Print tops I have is very comfortable and there was no reason to add this elastic. I returned. The print, however, is lovely.
